Protest against Plagiarism

യാഹൂ ഇന്‍ഡ്യ അവരുടെ പുതിയതായി തുടങ്ങിയ മലയാളം പോര്‍ട്ടലിലേക്ക് ചില മലയാളം ബ്ലോഗ്ഗുകളില്‍ നിന്ന്, പ്രസ്തുത ബ്ലോഗ്ഗറുമാരുടെ അനുമതി കൂടാതെ സൃഷികള്‍ മോഷ്ടിച്ച് അവരുടെ പോര്‍ട്ടലില്‍ ഇട്ടു.
ഈ കളവ് കണ്ടു പിടിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം തെറ്റ് സമ്മതിക്കാതെ അവരുടെ സബ് കോണ്ട്രക്ടര്‍ ആയ വെബ്ബ് ദുനിയയുടെ മേല്‍ ആരോപിച്ച് ഒഴിഞ്ഞു മാറുകയാണ് ഉണ്ടായത്.
ഒരു ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് ഭീമന്‍ ഇത്തരം നിരുത്തരവാദ പരമായി പെറുമാറുന്നതില്‍ ഞാന്‍ എന്റെ പ്രതിക്ഷേധം ഇവിടെ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. പ്രസ്തുത തെറ്റ് സമ്മതിച്ച് യാഹു എന്ന ഇന്റര്‍നെറ്റ് ഭീകരന്‍ നിരുപാധികം മാപ്പ് പറയണം എന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു കൊണ്ട് ബൂലോഗര്‍ നടത്തുന്ന പ്രതിഷേധത്തില്‍ ഞാനും പങ്കു ചേരുന്നു.

Yahoo! India has recently launched the malayalam version of their internet portal. For the various stories on the portal Yahoo! had copied contents from the different posts of various malayalam bloggers.
When caught they have safely washed their hands and put the blame on the sub contractor Webduniya. Eventhough they have violated the copyright laws they were not ready to accept it and give respect to the blogger.

I hereby join with my fellow bloggers to protest against this plagiarism and strongly demand Yahoo! India to tender an unconditional apology to the bloggers and give due respect to the copyright laws.
